Founder and CEO, OK Future

Cartagena

After nearly two decades building brands and leading creative organizations, I started OK Future to build the kind of creative company I believe this moment demands.

Based in

New York, New York

Biography

For nearly two decades, I have helped build brands, creative departments, and agencies. I served as CEO of MullenLowe U.S. after leading creative as Chief Creative Officer at both MullenLowe and the community. Earlier in my career, I held creative leadership roles at 360i, Deutsch, DDB, KBS, Arnold, and Hill Holliday.

I have worked with brands including Netflix, Amazon, OREO, General Motors, Diageo, KFC, Dunkin’, BMW, Absolut, Kroger, and Bath & Body Works. The work has been recognized by Cannes Lions, D&AD, The One Show, the Clios, the Webbys, and Adweek’s Creative 100.

But the biggest lesson from my career was not how to make advertising. It was learning how agencies actually work. Running one gave me a completely different perspective on creativity, operations, finance, and growth. That experience ultimately led to OK Future.

Today I work directly with founders, CEOs, and marketing leaders to build brands, launch products, develop campaigns, shape brand strategy, and rethink how creative companies operate in the age of AI.

Technology changed what one person can do.

It should also change how agencies are built.
